The Duro Dyne Spot Welder - Model MF 12- will seld pins from 1/2 inch
to 2 inches long on steel from 26 Gauge to 20 Gauge. Duro-Dynes Welding
model MF 12 has a compact design for easy handling. Standard 8 foot
gun cable and 6 foot ground cable. "Easy Read" weld timer
for precise control. Panel mounted test switch and indicator lights

Model PBF 510
The Duro Dyne Model PBF 510 Welding machine welds pins from 1/2
inch to 2 inches long on steel from 26 gauge to 18 gauge. Caster
wheels allow easy movement in your hvac shop. Hi/Lo Power selection
for welding via two weld cable power ports provides adjustment for
different welding conditions. Standard 16 foot gun cable and 11
foot ground cable.The gun cable for this welder is extendable to
24 feet with an optional extension set. Convenient storage bin for
weld pins or weld cables. "Easy Read" weld timer adjustment
for precise welding control. Panel mounted test switch and indicator

on the foot pedal operates arms and tip closure for welding. Tip pressure

Artronics Spot Welder - Air Operated Semi-Automatic
AIR PRESSURE is utilized to replace operator actuation. An
air cylinder actuates the arm and tip closure which is triggered
by a foot switch. An AIR PRESSURE REGULATOR and and AIR FILTER
is provided. The tip pressure is adjustable through a special
AIR PRESSURE SENSING CONTROL which actuates the weld cycle
time. A TWO STAGE HEAVY DUTY FOOT SWITCH is connected to the
SPOT WELDER with a portable cable and plug-in, allowing a
large radius of operation for even the largest sheet metal
sections. Two-stage design allows closure of tips only, further
depression triggers weld cycle. The foot switch can be unplugged
and removed to prevent unauthorized operation of machine.

Artronics Spot Welder - Air Operated Fully Automatic
The Western Artronics spot welder models 10 - 15 - 30 -
40 - 50 FA Fully automatic Air Operated Incorporates all
of the features of the above model except an AUTOMATIC SEQUENCE
PROGRAMMER is added consisting of four electronic timed
functions: SQUEEZE - WELD - COOL - OFF. This model is outstanding
where HIGH PRODUCTION, PRECISION REPEATABILITY and FULLY
AUTOMATIC OPERATIONS are required. The SEQUENCE PROGRAMMER
has a REPEAT and NONREPEAT control. The REPEAT SETTING will
allow CONTINUOUS REPEATED WELD CYCLES as long as the foot
switch is depressed. The NONREPEAT SETTING will perform
a complete welding cycle with each depression of the foot
switch. A TEST SWITCH is also provided causing all functions
to be active except the actual welding allowing for inspection
or set up of a weld sequence program. The foot switch can
be replaced with an actuating switch on the customers production
fixture allowing a completely automatic unmanned welding
operation.
