Tubeformers

For continuous automatic production of circular duct to exact lengths, choose between the HELIX 3600, HELIX 3600-H and HELIX300.

TUBEFORMER HELIX 3600 : The HELIX 3600 is a versatile fast machine that incorporates proven technology to ensure many years of service. New technology includes a PLC controlled electric main drive which ensures a smooth acceleration and virtually noiseless operation.

TUBEFORMER HELIX 3600 with automatic run-off table : The HELIX 3600 with automatic run-off table was developed to ensure maximum return on your investment. The main machine, cabinet, and decoiler are made of welded steel. Special steel alloys are used for various parts. Each roller is made from high-grade steel, hardened and tempered to SPIRAL-HELIX specifications.

TUBEFORMER HELIX 300 : Spiral - Helix's HELIX 300 double drive can produce duct with the largest dimensions.

TUBEFORMER SMART : Spiral-Helix, Inc. sets new benchmarks by launching their latest model of spiral tube machines. This compact and highly mobile tubeformer is ideal for on-site work and workshop related activities.

Ovalizers

Where space limitations prevent the use of round spiral duct, Ovalizer Champ is the answer.

The Ovalizer Champ 36/10 is the newest addition to our World-Class line of HVAC machinery.

The Spiral Helix Ovalizer Champ will transform smooth and Triple-Rib round spiral ducts of sizes 12" to 80" in diameter into flat-oval ducts of sizes 5" x 16" x 36" x 105". The 10' boom will stretch round ducts up to 20 feet in length with a maximum sheet thickness of 18 gauge. Some of the advantages to using Flat-Oval versus rectangular include:

-Easier to install
-Longer length between joints
-Can be "2C Corrugated" or "Triple-Ribbed" which means lighter -weight, easier installation, and further reduction reinforcements
-Fewer hangers
-Joints easier to seal

The Ovalizer Champ features a simple and efficient system with two large 10 inch hydraulic cylinders operating at a relatively low-pressure setting, which ensures years and years of trouble free operation. This Spiral Helix Ovalizer Machine control is by PLC, and the LCD unit on the operator's panel stores all set parameters for easy recall by the operator when required. Stretching of round ducts is accomplished by the superior and proven technology of wedges used on SPIRAL-HELIX Ovalizers for the past 30 years. Accurate stroke control ensures reliable repeatability and makes the Spiral Helix Oval duct machine model Champ very user-friendly.

Stitchwelders

SPIRAL-HELIX has a wide variety of longitudinal welding machines to choose from. Each Stitchwelder requires just a 1/4" (6 mm) overlap and produces beautiful seams by using recyclable copper wire electrodes that will not burn galvanized steel.

Our Stitchwelders, you will save time, money, and energy. For your convenience, SPIRAL-HELIX offers two different models: Stitchwelder SWA 400 and Stitchwelder 320.

STITCHWELDER SWA 400 : The new Stitchwelder SWA 400 reduces labour cost significantly. The machine produces couplings, bend segments and several other products at high speed. A short setup time and fixed tools ensures high quality.

STITCHWELDER 320 : The Stitchwelder 320 produces a top quality welded seam which does not alter the quality of the welded material. No more burnt galvanizing which means less finishing work. No additional sealing paint will be required. The welded seam is consistently accurate from the beginning to the end.

Fitting

Producing elbows, reducers, and other types of fittings for the air duct and chimney industries

CURVECUTTER : This machine is specially designed for cutting out segments of highest accuracy from a blank. The Curvecutter Delta 1500 is a suitable machine for a high production line together with the SPIRAL-HELIX Rollformer, Stitchwelder and Gorelocker.

GORELOCKER SPORT : The Gorelocker Sport offers an alternative to welded elbows, reducers, end-caps, and off-sets. This machine combines a Flanger/Swager and Lockseamer, which can be used simultaneously, to increase productivity.

GORELOCKER LITE: This machine also produces elbows, reducers, endcaps, and offsets. Perfect for smaller shops, the Gorelocker Lite provides superior fittings without sacrificing quality.

ROVAL-ROLLER 48/20: The HELIX Roval-Roller shapes round and flat-oval segments and reducers as well as many other forms common to the sheet-metal industry.

ROLLFORMER: The world's fastest Rollformer has remote control to save labor and increase manufacturing efficiency when producing round segments.
