EDWARDS IRONWORKERS

Established in 1875, Edwards has been supporting the steel fabrication industry with a full line of high quiality, low cost and low maintenance ironworking machines. Long considered the "Swiss Army knife" of the steel fabricating industry, these "do all" machines punch , shear, notch and brake mild steel plate, bar stock and angle. A wide range of accessories are available to fabricate rod, square stock, sheet metal and pipe.

Edwards Ironworkers operate by applying hydraulic force to a moving center that moves within a frame in a simple, vertical path. It exerts force through shear blades, punch and die, notcher, brake dies, or bump-die tooling upon mild steel. Vertical travel of the moving center allows the operator to perform multiple operations on an Edwards Ironworker without removing any adjacent tooling.
