When the job calls for heavy-duty "giants,"
this machine tool is it. With this 6016 Beader, only one operator
is needed to produce SMACNA-approved beads 4-5 times faster than cross
braking. It forms five beads, on 12" centers, adjustable to 1/8"
depth. Maximum capacity is 16 gauge material and one operator can
easily handle sheets up to 60" wide.

Since beading is consistently replacing cross braking to stiffen ductwork
against vibration and "bellying," the Lockformer model 6020
Beader combines structural integrity with demanding performance qualities.
This Lockformer beader forms "offset" beads on 12" centers.
Adjustable entrance gauge bars allow fittings or sheets to be beaded
from 24" to 60" widths.

Tin Knocker 60" x 16 Ga. adjustable Duct beader
Produces SMACNA approved beads in a fraction of the time it takes
to cross brake your duct work. A one man operation, this heavy duty
duct beader comes with five (5) sets of bead tooling that can be located
anywhere over the 60" working length. Tooling, if broken or damaged,
is replaceable without the requirement of replacing an entire cross
shaft. Beads are adjustable for this duct beader in depth to 3/16"
deep. This Tin Knocker Duct Beading Machine has a
powered exit support roll to ensure no material hang-up.
