Betech's Spiraler is an automated system for producing
rigid spiral metal pipe from 4 inches (100 mm) in diameter up to 100
inches (2,500 mm) in diameter. This versatile spiral duct machine
enables you to manufacture pipe from a variety of materials including
aluminum and galvanized steel up to 14 gauge (2.0 mm) and stainless
steel up to 18 gauge (1.2 mm). Computerized pipe dimensions and adjustment
data ensure uniform pipe size every time. The Betech Spiraler is now
available with the optional Gorecutter to cut elbow gore sections
from spiral duct, reducing additional operations and saving labor.

Spiral Duct Forming
Heads
Betech's Spiral Duct Forming Heads are for producing
rigid spiral metal and flexible pipe from 4 inches in diameter up
to 100 inches in diameter (metric sizes from 100 mm to 2,500 mm).
This versatile tooling is Teflon-lined and requires less lubrication
than conventional forming heads, allowing new pipe to be painted or
shipped with less labor-intensive prep work, greatly improving your
efficiency.
- On the fly torch activation that eliminates the arc pierce hole
in the cut edge of the spiral pipe. With this enhancement the fabricator
will have a smooth, uninterrupted cut plane. This is particularly
attractive in smaller diameter pipe.
- A fabricator can also program the plasma cut-off torch to cut
elbow gore segments from spiral pipe with the new Gorecutter option.
This option eliminates blanking, rolling and side-seam fastening.
The fabricator need only join the segments circumferences to fabricate
an attractive and strong elbow.

- FLANGER - enables you to manufacture flanges
for connecting round and flat oval pipe and fittings
