LION Closed End Cleat Benders & Cleat Folders

LION closed end cleatfolders (combination cleatbenders and barfolders) are pneumatic.

Specifications for the Lion Cleatbenders :

• Bends up to 36 inches
• Bends up to 18 gauge mild steel (i.e. 22ga, 20ga and 18ga)
• Bends up to 180+ degree drive hem/flange (i.e. 45, 90 and 180+ degrees)
• Bends in the flat or pre-formed duct including "L" shaped blanks
  ~4 second bend cycle
• 1836-0 bends 7/16 or 1/2 inch drive width
• All other 1836 models will bend 1/4-1 inch drive width (operator adjustment)
• Pneumatic machines require 90-100 PSI
• E+ 1836-0 electric machine requires a standard three prong electrical outlet

• Heat treated back gauge fingers to prolong part life
• Heat treated bending bar to prolong part life
• Extended finger guard to promote safety
• Slotted table bar for box and pan manufacturing
• Pneumatic machines include filter/regulator/lubricator

LION PNEUMATIC OPEN THROAT CLEAT BENDERS

These Lion Cleat benders are pneumatic open throat cleat benders - these cleat benders are light weight, turns drives on "L" shapes, preformed ducts and flats. The table height of these Lion Cleat Benders are designed to decrease operator fatigue.

Both of these lion pneumatic open throat cleat benders have a mild steel capacity of 20 gauge and lighter, a bend width of 7/16" to 1/2" and the air consumption of the lion cleatbending machines are <0.5 cu ft/cycle at 100 P.S.I. These cleat benders also have a table height of 36" and table depth of 15-1/2".

These Lion Cleat benders are electic open throat cleat bender - these cleatbenders are light weight , turns drives on "L" shapes, preformed ducts and flats. The table height of these lion cleat benders are designed to decrease operator fatigue.
