Roper Whitney No. 3617 Beader/Crimper

The Roper Whitney Model no. 3617 Beader Crimper is a versatile beading/crimping machine designed for deep throat (up to 13") beading, crimping, and other roll operations on up to 18 gauge material. Back-geared, with steel horn, bronze bushed bearing and one-piece frame. Roper Whitney model no. 3617 beader / crimper is mounted on a floor stand with adjustable motor mount, "V" belt drive, and 3/4 h.p. geared head motor. Roper Whitney 3617 beader crimper - Unit includes gauges and spacing collars for all operations except flanging. Rolls ordered separately.

Ductformer Rotary Machine

Ductformer Rotary Machine Beads, Crimps, Slits and Flanges. Model Rollformer DFRF-1410 has an automatic feed and engage feature to leave both hands free to handle parts. This Rotary machine will form either round or flat sheets and has foot pedal controls clamping force. This Ductformer rotary machine has special safetly features including the foot operation for hands free operation and forming rolls will stop and retract automatically to load a new part. This Ductformer model can be order hydraulically or phneumatically actuated.
